Embarking on a Capital Campaign is a big step for any organization. Proper planning can make all the difference in the success of your fundraising efforts and meeting your campaign goals. Whether your goal is to fund a facility addition or to expand critical programs, FPC, Inc.'s consultants can provide critical guidance each step of the way. We can assist with:
Mid and Post Campaign Results
Managing campaign results at the mid point of the campaign allows adjustments to be made in the plan to ensure a positive outcome. FPC, Inc. provides both oversight of the campaign as well as analysis on the mid-campaign data for optimum results. This approach ensures that the institution remains on course with the plan or identifies areas where adjustments are needed based on results achieved. A post campaign review is helpful in that it offers analysis on the effectiveness of the plan based on results and whether or not the strategy provided the maximum result desired.
Annual Giving Capacity Analysis
FPC will analyze your institution’s Annual Giving objectives and results in a way similar to the Campaign Capacity Analysis so that goals and objectives can be adjusted to reflect a realistic annual giving potential of your prospective donors at all levels. By analyzing your institution's annual fund history and by reviewing the current giving potential of your constituents (typically by reviewing wealth screening ratings or by building custom predictive models), FPC, Inc. projects annual giving results in a more meaningful way.
Planned Giving Capacity Analysis
Most established organizations have substantial potential for Planned Giving prospects. To realize that potential, FPC, Inc. will develop a success driven approach to get your program off the ground quickly and effectively. Our analysis reviews your institution’s planned giving history, consistency with donors, potential for future giving with a thorough review of prospects.
We can help you determine realistic campaign goals and assess campaign readiness.
Organizations considering a capital campaign for a specific purpose such as building or purchasing or remodeling a facility should consider conducting a Feasibility Study prior to beginning the campaign and determine the potential for the desired goal.
A Feasibility Study can help determine the probability of success for a proposed project through an in-depth sampling of Board Leadership and donors who will provide feedback on the viability of goals being considered. In many cases, objections and concerns are uncovered providing valuable feedback to organizational leadership. The results serve to inform and prepare organizational leadership and staff to be well aware of the challenges prior to launching the campaign and be more effective in fundraising activities.
Feasibility Studies help to inform donors that a need is on the horizon and why plans are being proposed, and prepares to them to think about ways they can contribute. FPC, Inc. works with Board Leadership, donors and prospects to conduct a thorough and effective Feasibility Study that will help forecast the outcome of the campaign.
